Shraddha is a third year Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior major. She was an intern for the 2022 Pre-Health Conference. In addition to being a coordinator for the Pre-Health Conference, Shraddha volunteers at the RIVER Pediatric student run clinic and is a Research Associate at the UC Davis Emergency Department. In the future, Shraddha hopes to pursue a career in medicine. 

As Co-Strategic Communications Coordinator, what is your goal for this year's Conference?

As the Co-Strategic Communications Coordinator, my goal is to facilitate an environment where all students feel welcome to explore their future career paths and have the opportunity to network with admission representatives.

What do you look forward to the most this Conference?

I am looking forward to the interactive workshops, which will give attendees the chance to engage with hands-on skills that will be an integral part of their healthcare career.

What advice do you have for attendees?

One piece of advice I have for attendees is to keep an open mind while exploring the different schools and health professions, and also to ask questions!
