We are excited to welcome everyone for our 24th annual conference in-person at the UC Davis undergraduate campus. We have created many exhibitor packages and marketing opportunities to explore and chose from.

*Please note, registrations made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed marketing opportunities will be available. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible to guarantee a spot at our Conference. As our Conference date gets closer, we cannot guarantee any exhibiting opportunity or any late marketing materials to be included in the printed program.   7am - 8:30am - Exhibitor Check-in and Breakfast*
  Exhibitors should be set-up by 8:30am**
  8am - 9am - Attendee Welcome 
  9am - 12pm - Pre-Health Fair
  12pm - 1pm - Lunch Break*
  1pm - 4pm - Workshops
  
  * Lunch and breakfast will be complimentary to exhibitors
  **Attendees will begin arriving as early as 6am and are often excited to meet with representatives
• How can I make changes to my registration?
• To edit your registration, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the registration page 
  2. Click on "Modify Registration"
  3. Enter your email and reference number found in your confirmation email
  4. You will be able to edit your information
  
  Note: You will not be able to change what you purchased on this page. Any changes regarding payment methods can only be made by canceling your current registration and re-registering for the conference. More information about our cancellation policy can be found on the registration page.
