We are excited to welcome everyone to the 24th annual conference in person at the UC Davis undergraduate campus. We have created a variety of exhibitor packages and marketing opportunities to explore and choose from.
Please note that registrations made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed marketing opportunities. We strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure a spot at the Pre-Health Conference. As the conference date approaches, we cannot guarantee exhibiting opportunities or inclusion of late marketing materials in the printed program. This page will continue to be updated, and we look forward to having you as part of the 2026 Pre-Health Conference at UC Davis.

Exhibitors should be set-up at the Pre-Health Fair by 8:30am
8:00am-9:00am - Morning Welcome Session
9:00am-12:00pm - Pre-Health Fair
12:00pm-1:00pm - Lunch Break*
1:00pm-4:00pm - Workshops
*Breakfast is complimentary for exhibitors. Exhibitors may purchase lunch during registration for an additional fee. - How can I make changes to my registration?
- To edit your registration, follow these steps:
1. Go to the registration page
2. Click "Modify Registration"
3. Enter your email and reference number (found in your confirmation email)
4. Edit your information as needed
Note: You will not be able to change the package you purchased on this page. Any changes to payment methods can only be made by canceling your current registration and re-registering for the conference. More information about the cancellation policy can be found on the registration page.
