We are excited to welcome everyone for the 25th annual conference in-person at the UC Davis undergraduate campus. We have created many exhibitor packages and marketing opportunities to explore and chose from.
*Please note, registrations made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed marketing opportunities. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible to guarantee a spot at Pre-Health Conference. As the conference date gets closer, we cannot guarantee any exhibiting opportunity or any late marketing materials to be included in the printed program. 7am - 8:30am - Exhibitor Check-in and Breakfast*
Exhibitors should be set-up at the Pre-Health Fair by 8:30am
8am - 9am - Morning Welcome Session
9am - 12pm - Pre-Health Fair
12pm - 1pm - Lunch Break*
1pm - 4pm - Workshops
*Breakfast is complimentary to exhibitors. Exhibitors can purchase lunch at the time of registration for an additional fee. - How can I make changes to my registration?
- To edit your registration, follow these steps:
1. Go to the registration page
2. Click on "Modify Registration"
3. Enter your email and reference number found in your confirmation email
4. You will be able to edit your information
Note: You will not be able to change the package that you purchased on this page. Any changes regarding payment methods can only be made by canceling your current registration and re-registering for the conference. More information about the cancellation policy can be found on the registration page.
