Welcome Pre-Health Community
All pre-health community members, including community college, university, and post-bac students, alumni, and pre-health advisors, are invited to attend Pre-Health Conference at UC Davis. The Pre-Health Conference will be held in-person at UC Davis. This conference is the largest in the nation with over 200 exhibitors at the Pre-Health Fair and over 80 workshops covering a verity of health field topics.

- Please note, registered attendees will receive a name badge to identify them and allow them into conference events. They will also receive workshop locations.

A discounted rate is available for groups of 15 or more. Please note refunds will not be available for groups. Group registration will end October 21st.

How to Register Individual Student/Advisor
1. Register your group (includes 15 students) and purchase advisor/counselor registration and additional student registrations on this page.
2. You will receive a unique code for your group. You will be responsible for sharing the code with those who will be registered under your group. You are responsible for advising your group members to not share the code.
3. Individuals will go to the Attendee Registration page. They will enter their email address and the code. They will select the category that applies to them (student vs advisor). By using the code, they will be able to register with out entering credit card information.
4. You will receive a list of everyone registered under your code on Monday, October 21, 2024. Those in your group who are not on the list will have until Friday, October 25, 2024 to register. After this date, registration will be closed. Your organization will forfeit any group registration that is not assigned to an individual by Friday, October 25, 2024. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION THIS YEAR. Attendees without a badge will not be permitted to participate.

- What does the cost of registration include?
- Registered attendees will receive a wristband and will have access to all events on conference day, including the morning kick-off, Pre-Health Fair, and Workshop sessions and receive an individual boxed continental breakfast.
Please note, lunch is not included in order to decrease ticket price. Attendees are able to bring their own lunch or venture to nearby restaurants or eateries. Lunch options coming soon. - Are high school students invited to attend?
- We appreciate your interest and the interest of your students to attend. Unfortunately at this time, conference is not open to minors and high school students due to updates to the campus’ Youth Protection Program. We apologize for any inconvenience.
