Pre-Health Conference is open to all pre-health community members, including community college, university, and post-bac students, alumni, and pre-health advisors, are invited to attend Pre-Health Conference at UC Davis. The Pre-Health Conference will be held in-person at UC Davis. This conference is the largest in the nation with over 200 exhibitors at the Pre-Health Fair and over 80 workshops covering a variety of health field topics.

- Please note, registered attendees will receive a name badge to identify them and allow them into conference events. They will also receive workshop locations.

Group Registration
Groups of 15 students or more are about to register for a group code and qualify for a discounted rate. Please note refunds are not available for groups. Group registration ends October 6th.

How to Register as a Group or Advisor/Counselor with Additional Students
1. Register your group (includes 15 students) and purchase advisor/counselor registration and additional student registration on this page.
2. When full payment is received, you will receive a unique code for your group.
- You will be responsible for sharing the code with those who will be registered under your group.
- You are responsible for advising your group members to not share the code.
- For those paying with a check, we will send your group code once your check is received.3. Individuals will go to the Attendee Registration page. They will enter their email address and the code. They will select the category that applies to them (student vs advisor). By using the code, they will be able to register without entering credit card information.
- Please ask your students to add your email in the "cc email" section of the registration. This will allow you to keep track of those who have already registered from your group.4. You will receive one list of everyone registered under your code on Monday, 10/6/25. Those in your group who are not on the list will have until Sunday, 10/12/25 to register. After this date, registration will be closed. Your organization will forfeit any group registration that is not assigned to an individual by Sunday, 10/12/25. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION THIS YEAR. Attendees without a badge will not be permitted to participate.

- What does the cost of registration include?
- Registered attendees will receive a badge and have access to all events on conference day, including the morning welcome session, Pre-Health Fair, and workshop sessions and receive a continental breakfast.
Please note, lunch is not included in ticket price. Attendees are able to bring their own lunch or venture to nearby food trucks, restaurants or eateries. - Are high school students invited to attend?
- We appreciate your interest and the interest of your students to attend. Unfortunately at this time, conference is not open to minors and high school students due to updates to the campus’ Youth Protection Program. We apologize for any inconvenience.
