The Pre-Health Conference at UC Davis provides attendees with a workshop schedule reflective of the diversity within the pre-health community. With over 75 workshops, spread across three, 45-minute sessions, attendees have the opportunity to learn about many health professions, from pharmacy to physician assistant, dentistry to dietetics. Whether you have just entered college or are in an application cycle, we hope to support students at all stages of their journey toward a career in healthcare.

Attendees will need a ticket for interactive workshops. Interactive workshop sign-ups will go live on October 13, 2025 at 9:00am.
Instructions
This year, attendees will use the CES portal to sign up for interactive tickets before the conference. Using their email and registration number, attendees may reserve one interactive session. Once registered, attendees should screenshot the confirmation page and save it for Conference day.
Due to limited availability and space, not all of the approximately 3,000 attendees at the Pre-Health Conference will receive an interactive ticket. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis through a reservation process. Interactive tickets are free for all registered attendees.
Your interactive ticket reservation on the CES portal is not your entrance to an interactive workshop. Attendees who reserve a ticket must pick up a physical ticket during check-in. If any interactive tickets remain, tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Day-Of Instructions:
- 1. Check in at the check-in booth to receive your name badge. A name badge is required to receive your ticket.
- 2. Go to the second floor of the University Credit Union Center (6:30am-8:00am and 9:00am-10:00am) to pick up your interactive ticket.
- 3. If any interactive tickets remain, they will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Information Booth at 11:00am until interactive tickets run out.
- 4. Have your CES confirmation screenshot ready to show the Pre-Health Conference team.

- How to sign up for interactive tickets:
1. Go to the registration page.2. Click Modify Registration.
3. Enter your email address and reference number (from your confirmation email).
4. Click Continue.
5. Confirm your email and review your registration details.
6. Click Continue.
7. Select an Interactive Session- a. You may choose only one session.
b. Sessions fill quickly. Please do not email to check availability.
c. Any remaining unclaimed tickets will be available in person at 11:00am on Conference Day at the Info Booth.
8. Click Continue.
9. Print or take a screenshot of your registration record showing your selected interactive session- a. Bring your confirmation to interactive ticket pick-up on Conference Day.
