Bring a group to the Pre-Health Conference! Group registration is available for student groups of 15 or more, allowing an advisor or counselor to receive a code for their group to use during registration.

Please note that refunds are not available for group registrations.
- Group Registration Steps
- 1. Register Your Group
Go to the Group Registration page and complete registration for the number of students and advisors/counselors in your group.
2. Receive Your Group Code
After full payment is received, you will receive a unique group code by email within 2-3 days.
-Share the code only with students registering under your group.
-Remind group members not to share the code.
-For check payments, your code will be sent after the check is received.
3. Individual Registration
Each attendee must complete the Attendee Registration page using their email address and your group code. They will select their category (student or advisor) and will not need to enter payment information.
Please ask students to include your email in the "cc email" section so you can track registrations.
4. Final Registration List
You will receive a list of attendees registered under your code on Monday, 10/05/26. Any remaining group members must register by Sunday, 10/11/26. After this date, registration will close.
There will be no on-site registration this year. Attendees without a badge will not be permitted to participate.
