Position Title
Logistics Attendee Recruitment Assistant Coordinator
Thy is a third year Cell Biology and History major. Her goal is to attend nursing school after her undergraduate studies and she is passionate about women's and youth health advocacy. When she isn't working on Pre-Health Conference, she loves to crochet, listen to music, go to concerts, and bake. One of her proudest crochet projects is a patchwork triceratops that is around two feet long.
What is your goal for this year's Conference?
My goal for this year's Conference is to make it an enjoyable and enriching experience for all attendees. Conference is an amazing tool for anyone who is interested in pre-health, whether you are just merely curious about pre-health and are still exploring or have submitted your applications for a health institution. I want to make sure Conference can help anyone, no matter where they are in their journey, and I hope to make people feel closer to their goals after attending.
What advice do you have for attendees?
My advice for attendees is to embrace exploration. At the Conference, there are so many opportunities to learn about vast health fields. Use Conference as a way to seek institutions you can possibly apply to or as a way to expand your knowledge on different health fields. Take advantage of all the opportunities the Conference has (exhibitors, workshops, etc) and use it as a way to explore your pre-health journey.
