What is your goal for this year's Conference?

As we look ahead to the 2025 Pre-Health Conference, my top priority is to create an event that offers a diverse range of workshops, pathways, and opportunities, welcoming individuals from all walks of life and experiences. Pre-health is a field that belongs to everyone, and I want to ensure that everyone feels supported and inspired to explore their path forward. As this year’s Logistics Attendee Coordinator, I’m excited to contribute to a conference where diversity and inclusion are not only represented, but celebrated. I’m hopeful this will be an experience that empowers each and every one of us.

What advice do you have for attendees?

Staying open-minded is essential to discovering your true passions. As someone who shifted from a pre-medicine pathway of dermatology to now public health and health policy, I can confidently say that embracing my range of interests allowed me to find what truly excites me. Focusing on just one specific career pathway can limit your potential. Instead of narrowing your vision, keep an awareness of all the possibilities around you—sometimes the best opportunities are found when you allow yourself to explore beyond the obvious.
