Jaskaran is a third-year Genetics & Genomics major at UC Davis interested in pursuing medicine. Outside of his work as a member of the conference team, he enjoys cooking and gardening (in spite of his allergies).

As Co-Didactic Programming Coordinator, what is your goal for this year's Conference? 

I would like to use the lessons I learned, as a returning member of the student leadership team, to make this year's event an even bigger success! I hope that everyone is able to gain something from coming to it this fall.

What do you look forward to the most this Conference?

There's something gratifying about seeing everyone enjoy themselves on the day of the conference. It's nice to see all the work we put into the planning process translate into such an amazing event!

What advice do you have for attendees?

 Ask questions! The conference provides an opportunity for you to meet with and learn from so many people, whether they are a health professional, representing an organization, or a fellow pre-health student!
