Rubyana is a fourth year, biological psychology major and is in the MD/DO pre-health field. She LOVES music and is learning to make music! :) She is an Imani Clinic volunteer. She also is coordinating the 2025 Aspiring Black Physicians Conference. In her free time, she loves to dance with her teammates on AfroVibes and spend time with friends!

What is your goal for this year's Conference?

My goal for this year’s conference is to represent more people of color in the medical field. I plan to highlight diversity within healthcare through a well thought out lineup of workshops that represent diverse perspectives, people and experiences. 

What advice do you have for attendees?

Get excited! Pre-Health Conference is a wonderful and once in a lifetime experience. Come in with a plan of action! Plan out which workshops you want to participate in and reserve your interactive tickets early before they run out!
