We are excited to welcome everyone for our 22nd annual conference in-person at the UC Davis undergraduate campus. We have created many exhibitor packages and marketing opportunities to explore and chose from.

*Please note, any registrations after the deadline we cannot guarantee marketing opportunities will be available. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible to guarantee a spot at our Conference. As our Conference date gets closer, we cannot guarantee any exhibiting opportunity or any late marketing materials to be included in the printed program. • Here is our current planned Conference Day Schedule: 
  7 - 8:30 am - Exhibitor Check-in and Breakfast*
  Exhibitors should be set-up by 8:30 am**
  8 - 9 am - Attendee Welcome 
  9 - 12 pm - Pre-Health Fair
  12 - 1 pm - Lunch Break*
  1 - 4:00 pm - Workshops
  
  * Lunch and breakfast will be complimentary to exhibitors
  **Attendees will begin arriving as early as 6 am and are often excited to meet with representatives
