We are pleased to invite you and your school to the 18th annual UC Davis Pre-Health Conference, which will take place on the weekend of October 16, 2020 at the UC Davis main campus.

We are excited to unveil a new Friday Night Conference Kick-Off! Sponsors will have the opportunity to participate in this dynamic event, which will take place on the evening of October 16, 2020.

The conference's Pre-Health Fair is one of the largest of its kind in the nation, and which is made possible through the participation of programs like yours. Last year, we welcomed over 3,000 attendees interested in pursuing health careers from all over California and beyond. As always, we are thrilled to welcome exhibitors to interact with these students.  The fair will take place on Hutchison Field from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Exhibitors also have the option to participate in our new lunch option, "Dine with a Professional" where students are able to dine with a health professional of their choice for lunch. If you do not wish to participate in our Dine with a Professional luncheon, a boxed lunch will be delivered to your table. More details about our Dine with a Professional luncheon will be sent out in early spring.  

New policy this year

For-profit organizations will need to purchase a sponsorship package or premium table in order to participate. Sponsorship packages begin at $1000.  Please refer to our sponsorship packages to purchase your table.

Pricing for individual tables

This year, we have packages as part of our sponsorship options! 

Each table is $500 for NON-PROFIT institutions. You will receive a 6-ft table for your program. This table allows for up to 2 representatives. Additional representatives can attend for $50 each. Tables do not have to be placed together. For example, an exhibitor may wish to purchase one table in the medicine section and one table in the nursing section. 

Premium tables are $1000 each. By purchasing a premium table, your 6-ft table will be located in the front of the fair, providing your organization with the most visibility to students. This option is open to both for-profit and non-profit institutions. 

There is no limit for how many tables your institution wishes to purchase.

We have a limited number of tables available this year, so be sure to register early! 

Note: Parking and meals, including breakfast and lunch, will be provided with your purchase.
