COVID-19 Update

After much discussion, we have decided to change the 2020 Pre-Health Conference to a LIVE virtual event on Saturday, October 17th.  We plan to issue a full refund to all our registered attendees and sponsors. As we work with Eventbrite, please allow a couple of weeks for the funds to return to your cards. The virtual event is FREE of charge, and more information on how to sign up for it will be released on our website and social media at a later date. Please stay updated with our website on how to register for this virtual event.

As always, we hope that you stay safe and take care. Thank you for your continued patience and support for the Annual Pre-Health Conference.

Due to the recent events surrounding COVID-19 in California, we are taking precautionary measures and we will unfortunately be cancelling the 2020 UC Davis High School Pre-Health Symposium.

This was a difficult decision as we know how much everyone was looking forward to the Symposium. However, the health and safety of our attendees and speakers are our main priority. As there is still uncertainty regarding COVID-19 and how it may impact cities across California within the next few weeks, we believe that cancelling the event is necessary to help protect our attendees, students, and community.

All registered attendees will be refunded their orders in full. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email us at

Registration is now open! Click here to register.

Registration for the 2020 UC Davis High School Pre-Health Symposium is coming soon to all high school students, counselors, and advisers! While parents may purchase tickets, the Symposium is designed for high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors.

Tickets are $25 for students/counselors/advisors, $50 for parents, and $10 per student/counselor/advisor if purchasing as a group (minimum 10 people to qualify). Tickets include the following:

  • Access to workshops
  • Lunch
  • Symposium Program
  • Symposium T-Shirt

*Interactive workshops will only be available to high school students. Interactive workshop access will be on a first-come, first-serve basis at check-in at no additional cost.

All attendees MUST have their ticket, appropriate identification (i.e., students, counselors, and advisors must show their school ID), a signed waiver formand a completed emergency contact form for students in order to participate in the symposium. (Here is an additional medical information form if you wish to provide more information on the student attending.)

Space is limited to 600 attendees, and there will be no at-the-door-registration. Once spots fill up, registration will close. A waitlist will open once max capacity has been reached; however, we cannot guarantee that spots will become available, so be sure to register early.

Tickets are non-refundable after March 4th, 2020. To cancel your registration and to be eligible for a refund, you must complete and submit the Refund Request Form and email by the date specified. After that date, please still let us know if you will no longer be able to attend so that another student will have the opportunity to get off of the waitlist. Thank you.
